Eric is the technician who visited my home. He first called to let me know he was on his way and how long it would be before he arrived. He assessed the issue and had it resolved within 15 mins. He provided a business card and answered questions in regards to additional things I want to address in the near future. My first encounter was a great experience. I work in customer/member service also and I appreciate working with individuals who are people oriented and seem to enjoy what they are doing.
Cecilio Guerra did an amazing job at the house. My wife is very pregnant and she is so thankful to how quick y'all responded and how fair the pricing was.
No joke. I had 4 different companies out for quotes. After Cecilio came and told me what the problem was, how to fix it and the price; I told the 5th company to not bother showing up.

The guys from this organization are super nice, friendly and fast! I had them come out to assess a room in the house that wasn't cooling. They arrived, assessed the situation and provided an estimate for repairs to the duct work. The returned two days later to fix the issue. And now the room isn't a sauna anymore. In the process of fixing the issue, a light fixture was damaged. They took pictures for the supervisor. And we scheduled a time the following week for a repair. All in all, a very positive experience. I'll use them in the future.
