Eric is the technician who visited my home. He first called to let me know he was on his way and how long it would be before he arrived. He assessed the issue and had it resolved within 15 mins. He provided a business card and answered questions in regards to additional things I want to address in the near future. My first encounter was a great experience. I work in customer/member service also and I appreciate working with individuals who are people oriented and seem to enjoy what they are doing.
Cecilio Guerra did an amazing job at the house. My wife is very pregnant and she is so thankful to how quick y'all responded and how fair the pricing was.
No joke. I had 4 different companies out for quotes. After Cecilio came and told me what the problem was, how to fix it and the price; I told the 5th company to not bother showing up.
