I had requested a quote to fix an outlet that didn't work. Eric Martinez and Chris showed up promptly at the appointed time and proved to very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I asked Eric to look at two other outlets and he identified what if unattended could be a dangerous situation. After we discussed the situation and set up an appointment to complete the day long project the two gentlemen left. The next day I noticed that my bathroom outlet didn't work nor did my dryer. I called in and told the office the situation and was told they would be back out the next day and I'm afraid I was not very friendly with the office personnel. Apparently the individual I talked to went the extra step to inform management that I was unhappy and Eric rearranged his current appointment and came to my house. I don't know how he did it but the outlet in my bathroom worked and we looked at the dryer and noticed for the first time that I had completely closed the door so the dryer worked too. I was totally mortified that I had been so upset thinking that it was something Eric and Chris had done and it ended up to be my own mistake. Eric was so nice about the whole situation and treated me with respect. I apologize to him and asked him to pass it along to his co-workers and client I caused to have their work delayed. I feel they all went above and beyond to help me and make me happy. Great company. I highly recommend them.
Very professional, courteous and informative. They wore shoe covers and stayed in the common areas of my home. I'll definitely use them again.

We just got a quote and really for just the missing piece the other guys said they couldn't do, and so we went ahead and showed them the list and the quote was half what the other guys were going to charge including the missing job! We will definitely be calling to have the job done when ready!
You have found your new go to repair place!! Our A/C went out around 9:11pm today 6/25/22. I looked for and found Evenflow Home & Commercial. I called the 24 hour line and spoke to Yolanda. She sent me Seth Ortega who arrived at 10:14pm looked at the outside A/C unit. It was the capacitor and the part was $259 the service charge for weekend and after hours was $199. Seth fixed my A/C by 11pm he was very professional and he exceeded our expectations far beyond what we needed. Thank you Evenflow for the most amazing A/C service experience we have ever had!
