So it was time to replace an AC unit in my home. Evenflow had done good work at getting my old unit back and running before I made the decision to replace it. We scheduled a time for the replacement. It was a 4 ton unit and they charged me $8000. I pay 50% upfront and then 50% when the job was completed. They came out on the day that was scheduled and worked all day to install the new unit. I was well pleased at that point.
Then one of the technician said you're all ready to go sir we are all done. Then I went and stood up on a chair to feel if there was any cold air coming out of my vent and there was not. I said no you are not done. Then for the next hour I waited for them to explain to me what the problem was. Finally after an hour the lead technician told me that one of the wires to the panel was wired incorrectly and he fixed it.
They are supposed to come out and finish the job by doing a duct cleaning which was part of the package they sold me.
George was amazing, knowledgeable, safe, and friendly! Will use these guys again!

Seth and Mike jr. were excellent. I needed smart thermostat installed but did maintenance check which included installation instead for a little extra $$. I supplied thermostat. They inspected whole system and cleaned coils and took pics. Got detailed report later with pics. They did not try to sell me stuff and extra refrigerant like most companies! Highly recommend!! Seem very honest.
Very impressed with the service that I received from George Saldana initially. He came out and diagnosed my problem right away and helped me with my insurance company. Dealing with the insurance company was like having teeth pulled at the dentist. George went out of his way several times trying to get my repairs approved. With much success in the end. When it came time for the repairs, Jonathan and Eric came out and took care of everything that George promised. They went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs or service upgrades. I can't stress enough how much George helped with the insurance company. Where most people would given up, he persisted to the end. And thanks again to Jonathan and Eric for all the professional work they provided. Would definitely use them again if necessary.

With a roofing project already in progress, we needed to get an electrical professional out here fast to avoid a potential stop-work. George came out quickly and was a consummate professional. His perspective on the situation enabled us to stay on schedule. They earned a new customer and we look forward to employing them on future electrical projects.
Very responsive and professional business. Took care of all my needs in a timely manner. We had a slight hiccup on the AC unit install bc the distributor provided the wrong part but they were able to identify and respond to the issue in a timely manner and the install was a very reasonable price.
