Seth & Cecilio were very responsive, professional and helpful when we were looking to replace 2 very old A/C systems. We has several estimates and theirs was in line with the others, however, we were so impressed with the Seth during the estimate process, we decided to go with Evenflow.
Cecilio and his installation team were all outstanding. The install went smoothly and we are very happy with our decision to go with them. Evenflow went above & beyond in their install and taking care of other existing issues with our old systems. We highly recommend.
I had a special circumstance with a bad part for my fandelier. Eric was very knowledgeable and polite. He can do anything. He really finds solutions and didn't leave me how he found me. He really helped.
Cecil was fantastic very pleasant too work with. He went to work on the ac unit and found the problem and showed me the what was causing the water leak and fixed it. I called Seth at 12:30 on a Friday and explained what had happened and I received a call back telling me that the technician will be here between 2-5pm today. Everyone at Evenflow has been great and I would recommend this company to anyone that has problems with your ac or anything around your house. Thank y'all so much Mike Gore

Hvac went out last night shortly after the big storm. Feared the worst. Called first thing in the morning was able to get a tech on site by 11am.
Mario Guerra, very nice gentleman, came and assessed. Listened to my concerns and diagnosed a faulty capacitor. We discussed future problems and he did a quick analysis of our unit and discussed future plans.
Evenflow has been our go-to since coming home to Texas. We will continue to come to them for our needs. Thanks Mario!!

So it was time to replace an AC unit in my home. Evenflow had done good work at getting my old unit back and running before I made the decision to replace it. We scheduled a time for the replacement. It was a 4 ton unit and they charged me $8000. I pay 50% upfront and then 50% when the job was completed. They came out on the day that was scheduled and worked all day to install the new unit. I was well pleased at that point.
Then one of the technician said you're all ready to go sir we are all done. Then I went and stood up on a chair to feel if there was any cold air coming out of my vent and there was not. I said no you are not done. Then for the next hour I waited for them to explain to me what the problem was. Finally after an hour the lead technician told me that one of the wires to the panel was wired incorrectly and he fixed it.
They are supposed to come out and finish the job by doing a duct cleaning which was part of the package they sold me.
George was amazing, knowledgeable, safe, and friendly! Will use these guys again!
