Juan came to our house to look at our frozen-over AC unit. He was friendly, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, respectful, a good listener, and a great worker. He was willing to take time to explain a lot of the AC-related questions we had, so we felt very comfortable proceeding with the repairs. We know we will be needing a new unit soon (how soon, we don't know) but Juan explained things from various perspectives and kept in account the needs of our family… now we feel very comfortable, when the time comes, to replace our unit. We feel super fortunate to have come across Juan… it's hard to come across good people who do hard jobs with excellence, a smile and still giving it their all… Thank you.
I called for an AC repair. Came out quickly. Juan was very professional. I'm sorry front office. You were lovely too and was very helpful, but I cannot remember your name though you said it every time. You did make me smile though ???? I had some other appointments to keep and they all worked around my schedule which was paramount in this 107 degree weather. Support your local businesses!

They made great efforts to try to save my 20+ year old Goodman split unit. They weren't able to do this so they gave me a very reasonable bid to replace the unit. Very pleased.
Thank you Cecilio Guerra for coming to our home on a Sunday evening. The company responded quickly in this 103 degree weather. Our A/c was malfunctioning and he got it up and running in less than an hours time. He also explained the whole problem to my husband. We plan on using them again in the near future for some more work on separate construction project we have going.
Had my central A/C unit serviced earlier today at my home and I am very pleased with the service I received from the technician Alfonso Martinez. He did an awesome job on servicing my unit and was very courteous and professional from beginning to end.
Frank and Rob came in and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a recommendation. Once complete, they showed me the work and tested the equipment installed. I am extremely pleased with product and service provided!
Alfonso just left our house from doing a maintenance check up. He was very professional from the initial phone call to the completion of services. He even sent a picture of himself so I know who to look for when answering the door. He was very thorough in his maintenance checks and explained all his findings to me until I totally understood everything. Never did I feel pressured to do any extra work and he never tried to upsell me on anything. He did a great job calming my nerves about the age and ability of my system. I feel much better knowing that, in his professional opinion, my AC system is running pretty close to manufacturer specs. Mr. Alfonso Martinez, was professional, he share every thing he was doing cleaning AC unit and etc by showing before and after pictures of my AC unit. I highly recommend him.
I just need to talk to my hubby about other work needed done to AC. It's not the work it's 5 percent for using credit card. Or else job would have been done today by Mr. Martinez.
