Alfonso, my technician, was very personable and professional.
What a surprisingly fast and extraordinary experience in the heat of Texas summer when our A/C suddenly quit! Evenflow answered the call and the technician was here and the issue was repaired quickly. The company did everything as promised. He called us to let us know where he was and when he would be here, he showed up as quickly as possible, he diagnosed and repaired the issue and then told us about a CPS plan the company works with to service our A/C on the regular. He was very thorough and very cheerful in spite of working such a long day. We feel like a "friend" came over and came to the rescue. I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you Mike Sanchez and Evenflow! Asked Mike what services they provide and after he gave the list, I'm all, THIS IS MY company to call! THANK YOU!

We recently had Alfonso from evenflow home and commercial service do a A/c service check at our residence . I am very impressed in the quality of service and professionalism he had in checking out A/c system and explaining in detail everything he found out concerning our unit with video, pictures and readings. Even the recommendations to get it To a better state of operation.
