Mr Ray W. Very professional and on time. Excellent customer service. Mr Ray was able to answer all of my questions and explain more in detail so I could understand. Mr Ray was cleaning as he was working which was very unexpected and appreciated. I love that they reminder me by call and text for my appointment a few days before and the day of. Spoke with Keith, from Evenflow, this AM. He came in and did a thorough job inspecting both the inside and out units. After evaluating, he provided an assessment of his findings. I want to give Raymond a huge thank you for being so kind and patient with all the questions I had during the appointment. He took the time to check everything on my unit. He gave me specifics on what I needed replaced. Not only for a longer lasting unit , but for safety purposes.

Juan was very helpful and pointed out serious faults in our furnace and was very straightforward, which we appreciated very much. After he left, our thermostat at some point had shut off and our A/C as well. We gave him a call back and he sent an on call tech to us right away to figure out the issue. Raymond was AMAZING, he was very knowledgeable and so so kind, he stayed troubleshooting the problem and never wavered with his patience. It turned out that the thermostat gave out and he replaced it and him and Juan made it all free of charge. I will definitely be taking my business to them because their customer service is absolutely great and we need a new unit so I think they're perfect for the job. Raymond!
