Technican Raymond was very punctual and performed a performance check to see that everything was running up to par for running my heater for this winter. I give this young man a 10 on a job well done.
A couple months ago technician Raymond completed a service call at my home. He was super professional & helpful. The call was a thru partnership with CPS. I would highly recommend this business and Raymond. He went above and beyond!
I took advantage of a COS program to have my A/C unit tuned up. Keith from Evenflow showed up on time, actually a little early but called to make sure it was ok, checked the inside and outside units, and once he was done gave a detailed explanation of all that he did. He was friendly, professional and gave me a few money saving tips. I'd certainly recommend the CPS tuneup with Evenflow to anyone.
Mr Ray W. Very professional and on time. Excellent customer service. Mr Ray was able to answer all of my questions and explain more in detail so I could understand. Mr Ray was cleaning as he was working which was very unexpected and appreciated. I love that they reminder me by call and text for my appointment a few days before and the day of. Spoke with Keith, from Evenflow, this AM. He came in and did a thorough job inspecting both the inside and out units. After evaluating, he provided an assessment of his findings.
