Mike is the best AC tech out there
Raymond was the technician from Evenflow that helped me. I scheduled to have routine maintenance performed on my AC unit, and Raymond didn't disappoint. He was very thorough and passionate about his craft. Furthermore, he made sure to explain to me everything he was doing to my system. He showed me the readings as he was doing his assessment, and informed me that my system was performing fine. Raymond didn't try to take advantage of me and up-sell me or tell me that I needed items that I really didn't. I REALLY REALLY appreciate this. Thank you Raymond, you Rock! I am now an Evenflow subscribed customer!
Even flow was extraordinarily professional, honest, and communicative. Their prices are competitive if not a little lower than others places with three times the professionalism. I felt that they honored my home as if it was their own and weren't trying to manufacture or exaggerate more problems to "fix" and bleed me for money like a lot of contractor companies do. Their technicians, George and Jon, were gracious, communicative and (I can't say this enough), professional. They even gave some free advice on other projects I was working on separate from them.
Jesus Gloria was a amazing. Very honest from the start. Very helpful. Can't wait to move forward with our new AC!
Raymond at Evenflow was our service tech that was arranged through CPS for a free tuneup service. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kept in contact with me about what he did, took photos to help better explain things and didn't just rush through to get done. From the service we received from Raymond, I highly recommend this company! We will definitely hire them in the future to service our a/c unit.
I have had multiple jobs completed by this company and have always been pleased with the service from the technicians who have completed the work. I appreciate Andrew and his partner for coming out today and being professional, informative and executing on the work needing to be done.
Our AC unit was having issues and thankfully Jesus , came on short notice. He assess the situation and thoroughly explained to us all our options. Within a few minutes our AC was working properly again. We are glad we called Evenflow .
Keith arrived on time, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He examined the outdoor unit and the inside system. He showed me his concerns and explained the issues in terms that were clear and concise. Now I have figure out my budget. :)
