The technician that came to my house, Keith, was very communicative before arriving and was helpful and friendly while he was here performing a free HVAC sustem evaluation through CPS. Good dude, good customer service!
Rob (Master Plumber) & Frank showed up very quickly. They diagnosed the problem & fixed it in no time flat. Once again Even Flow came through & did a great job. Both Rob & Frank were very professional & knowledgeable. It wasn't a major problem & they were very honest with me which I appreciate more than anything. Tech shared information on issues with the a/c units and explained the procedure to correct it.
The dispatch lady was courteous and kept me up to date with reminders about my appointment. I appreciate that being I'm busy with work and most definitely would have forgot. My tech Keith was very professional and courteous. He performed a routine maintenance check on my A/C unit. He explained everything in a manner that a person with no hvac experience (myself) could understand. I appreciate his diligence and friendly demeanor.
