The whole experience was one of professionalism and integrity, from the inspection, to quote, to work. Employees were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their services were priced hundreds to a thousand dollars lower than their competitors. I would use them again and definitely recommend them to you.
Evenflow Plumbing and Electric was referred to me by my sister and brother-in-law, so I decided to give them a try. And, I am so glad I did. George, the master electrician, was efficient and professional and quoted prices BEFORE starting work. He even offered a complimentary electric inspection. No up-selling and no pushy sales tactics.
Bob, the plumber, and his assistant also did a grand job with my plumbing issues, and did so at a very reasonable price. I previously had three other plumbing companies come out, but either could not fix the issues reasonably or wanted to tear up walls, etc. Bob and his guy came in, actually listened to what I had to say, diagnosed the problems, and fixed them at a very reasonable price. I will be using Evenflow again.
Thebest customer service I've seen. They have repaired a bathroom faucet and kitchen sink drains. I will use them and refer them to everyone I know from now on.
I just moved into an older home and the electricity went out in two rooms that were built in addition to the house. I called Evenflow Plumbing and Electrical and spoke with George. He was very friendly and helpful. He was able to guide me through the process of locating the circuit breaker panel to fix the tripped breaker. He saved me a lot of money and time by helping me over the phone. I truly appreciate his good work ethic and integrity. Something that is not very common these days.

This has been my best experience ever with a contractor (and we've done various remodels so we've had some experience). I am a recovering Customer Service Mgr so I have high expectations and they completely impressed me with their professionalism, friendliness and empathy. Their communication is over the top, both emails and texts confirming everything including when they are en route. George was prompt, thorough and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything to me who was selling the house, the buyer who was at the house as well as speaking to her husband on the phone to explain a third time. Even setting up the appointment was enjoyable and easy.
I will recommend this company to everyone!
