Contacted Evenflow to repair my smoke detector. The response was very friendly and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The owner himself came over to do the repair. He was very friendly and professional and the price was very affordable. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.
George and the Evenflow team are great! Good customer service provided by Christy when scheduling appointment, with excellent communication and use of scheduling technology. They followed up well with confirmation notices and adjustments when they could come out earlier than scheduled. The install team of Fabian and Ray was courteous, provided good information to me during process, was efficient, and cleaned up well after install. This is our second fan installation with them. We will definitely use them again!!!! (We just had another fan installed and Fabian did an excellent job). Three's a charm!!!!
Can't recommend this company enough! They do exceptional work, are honest, on time, very knowledgeable, and professional. They also offer a variety of services which takes the hassle out of shopping around for different companies. George was able to come evaluate AND repair our electrical issue all within a day of placing our service call. We will definitely continue to use Evenflow for all of our future service needs.
