Normally it takes over a week to get service. Evenflow was able to respond the same day. There is normally a $525 fee for a 3 hour task estimate. Eric located the short in the outdoor line very quickly and his tech, George, got the corrective work finished in under an hour. The net cost to me was $225. Both were very professional and took the time to explain the nature of the electric fault as well as corrective options. I will be calling them back for plumbing as well as roofing estimates. This was a wonderful experience and the best $225 I've spent in many years.
They came right on time to give us an estimate. Needed t order parts and said it would be 2 a 3 days. After he left, he called a friend to see if they had the parts needed. They did and he called and ask if they could come back and do the work. We were thrilled. The did the work promptly and most importantly correctly. Will definitely use them again.
I think I found my new honey do company!!! They were on time, extremely courteous & knowledgeable. Not only did they get my light hung, but they hung a tv as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Oh and did I mention the owner came in person and gave me a spot on quote.
