Had to replace automatic transfer switch caused by power surge
Jeff and his Crew did a very meticulous job, they detected risks at points none of the previous electricians did. We feel that we paid for a professional and experienced service.
I manage a local repair shop, and we were having electrical issues that has been repaired in the past by another company, but was not done correctly apparently for us to have continuous issues I made the decision to seek out another company and I searched through google and stumbled upon this company, I called them and the people in the office were very polite, and attentive and within 3-4 hours we had someone at our shop Andrew came by very professional and well put together, he came up with the solution within the hour, and I was given the estimate in a timely matter and accepted it, we are scheduled to have this repaired tomorrow.
I went onto the website and saw that they also worked on plumbing so I called again because I also was having plumbing issues at my personal home, they scheduled to have someone look at this today very quick in my opinion I feel like other companies give the run around and try and diagnose over the phone or tell you we can be out there in a week or two which is very inconvenient, Rob was the person that came by to look at my house, I explained to him we recently purchased this home and noticed we couldn't run the shower and washer at the same time without a loss of water pressure it's a significant loss of pressure, he right away diagnosed the issue within minutes. He also noticed that my water heater had no expansion tank attached to it he went to explain that these things needs to be up to state code, in my head I'm thinking WOW, this is going to be very costly and I started making every excuse in my head to not have this done and he told me lets put the estimate together and you decide what you want do, he told me the cost right then and there and I was mind blown by how affordable this company is. At this moment I was thinking wow they aren't trying to squeeze every penny out of me or trying to up sale the services he is just trying to make it right and done with quality. Rob is very professional and detailed and explains everything to a tee there is no hesitation when he speaks, this impressed me. I speak the same way to my customers when everything is said it is from pure experience and knowledge this made me feel comfortable letting them do the work.
I also have them coming out on the 17th to build me an estimate to install more lighting in the interior of my home, Rob helped me get this scheduled and took pictures of where I want the lighting and took a picture of my electrical box so the electrician knows what he is coming to look at and what we are wanting.

My 1st call for any electrical, HVAC or plumbing issues. We are remodeling a house from 1990. I am able to work on the full update in stages to reduce cost. The team is always flexible, courteous, detail oriented and takes the time to walk you through what they are doing and answer any questions.
Excellent and professional… nailed the problem and fixed the leak… it could have went wrong with another service and we are happy and relieved and give them 10 out of 10 … they will be our personal plumbing service in the future
