Once again, Evenflow came to the rescue. After watching another 'reputable' company come out 3 times in less than a week to try and figure out why my dear friend's ac unit kept tripping out, I called Evenflow to please come out and look at her system.
I explained the critical circumstance that is requiring this unit be reliably functioning.
The response time from Evenflow meet this need and the technician was sent out.
Bryan was great; his knowledge of AC units and his troubleshooting skills absolutely shined.
Within 30 minutes, the faulty component was found and replaced.
And, of course, at their usual non excessive cost.
I am so grateful for this company, their work ethic, hiring qualified technicians and the responsiveness to the needs of their customers.

Technician came under the CPS STEP Program to do a tune up etc on both of my A/C units and he was very thorough as well as constantly updating me on what he was doing etc. Took almost 6 hours and he never complained. Will definitely look into using this company again!
Very impressed with Evenflow. My home generator was cycling on and off with no power outage. Within 2 hours George sent Jeff to check out the system. Turns out a faulty fuse was at fault - an item typically not under warrantee. They replaced it at no cost. Tare to find such service these days!
