Very pleased with this company! Was referred to by CPS for my free High Performance AC tuneup. There were several issues that were discovered during the visit which I expected given the age of the AC unit. My service technician, Fritz Gutierrez took the time to point out the issues and even showed me pictures and videos and then discussed my options. Once I decided what I wanted to do, he promptly fixed the issues. Thank you Fritz!! Customer service is outstanding! Will definitely be using this company in the future for my HVAC & Plumbing needs.
Our AC went out last night and I needed it fixed ASAP. I found Evenflow on Google and I am so thankful I did! I made the appointment this morning at 7am for an 8am to 11am time slot. Mr. Mario Guerra was so honest and polite, and he answered any questions I had. He even gave me some tips on how to care for it and save myself some money in the long run. Rob was prompt & very professional. He checked to make sure I had no leak in my yard which is what I had actually called & made appointment for. My husband & I have had Evenflow due plumbing & electrical work for us in the past & highly recommend.
Keith came out to service my HVAC system. He was very polite and personable on time and identified himself. He went through the steps he was going to take to ensure my system was running at optimum efficiency. As he went through various stages. He kept me in the loop as to what he found, what the next steps were and when he finished he went through best practices invery easy to understand steps.
This company was great. They installed our generator last year and we had them come out this month to remote monitoring. John was quick, knew what he was doing, got us all set up.
Evenflow technicion was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing to check my AC system to ensure it is working properly. I really appreciate this service on behalf of CPS. I feel relieved. God Bless them.
After reviewing electrical companies, and their reviews, online, I called to set up an appointment with EvenFlow. They provided an appointment and told me about their service fee. The young lady told me that this fee fee would be waived, provided we had them do the work. This is pretty standard practice.
The next day, a very nice, professional and experienced young man, Andrew Cantu, came, at the time set up, and proceeded to walk us through what the job would entail and what it might cost. We will very impressed with Andrew and when I called to set up the time for the work to be done, I told Destiny that we wanted Andrew to complete the job.
Destiny referred to his schedule and set it up.
True to his word, Andrew completed the work and answered additional questions that we had.
We would highly recommend EvenFlow to do electrical work. I know that they provide other services; however, I cannot speak to those areas. I would definitely recommend Andrew Cantu.
EvenFlow must be doing something right if Andrew has been with them for 8 years. They provide training and assistance for anyone who wants to learn a skill. That is critical in order to educate future generations of professional contractors.
